Bothe Associates Inc., a proud family-owned machine shop with 75 years of excellence in the Kenosha, our workload is growing! We’re launching a brand-new Weekend Shift . We’re looking for two highly skilled LATHE CNC MACHINISTS who want to take the next step in their career while enjoying a flexible, rewarding schedule.

Work just three days per week (Fri–Sun) while being paid for 40 hours — enjoy a 36-hour weekend schedule that gives you more time for life.

What You Bring

We’re looking for machinists who are confident, capable, and ready to make an impact. The ideal candidate will have:

5+years of CNC Lathe Machining experience with Live Tooling in a job shop environment
Ability to work fully independently
Ability to program, read programs, and interpret blueprints
Your own basic tools
Experience making edits, offsets, and tool changes
Expert-level G-Code knowledge

5+ years of CNC Lathe Machining experience with Live Tooling in a job shop
Ability to work fully independently
Ability to train Monday – Thursday on 1st shift 5am - 3:30pm
