Bothe Associates Inc. is a family-owned machine shop with 75 years of history in the Kenosha area. We’re currently looking for a SKILLED LATHE CNC MACHINIST on our 2nd shift team . This opportunity offers a 4-day workweek (Mon - Thur) and $3/hr. shift premium.

The ideal fit for this role will come with:

5+ years in CNC Lathe Machining experience with Live Tooling in a job shop environment
No setup experience needed
Experience programming Lathes and reading programs
Own their own basic hand tools
Ability to make edits, offsets, and perform tool changes
Expert level knowledge of G-Code and ability to read blueprints

Requirements:

The ideal fit for this role will come with:

5+ years in CNC Lathe Machining experience with Live Tooling in a job shop environment
