Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum 1 year of MIG welding training, schooling, or on-the-job experience required Experience Requirements Experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environments preferred MIG welding experience required Basic tool room and machinist knowledge preferred Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills Ability to obtain forklift certification Ability to work independently and within a team environment Flexible and dependable work ethic Job Duties Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment Complete MIG welding repairs related to maintenance issues Repair and maintain weld fixtures Operate tool room equipment and machinery Assist with prototype and test unit construction Perform daily and monthly maintenance inspections and audits Maintain maintenance records and documentation Execute assigned preventive maintenance schedules Support production operations by resolving equipment-related issues Follow all company safety, quality, and environmental procedures Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift Ability to bend, twist, reach, stoop, and kneel as needed Ability to lift, pull, and move up to 50 pounds with or without assistance Ability to work in a production plant environment for the entire shift "The team at Staffmark, always stands by my side and works hard to find me the best job that fits my needs."
