Responsibilities Oversee multi‑family projects Manage day‑to‑day aspects of projects Project buyout Subcontractor coordination Oversee complete project quality control through turnover Assist in preparation of contracts Review change orders Prepare progress reports Know what’s going on in the field, anticipate and solve problems Quality control Required Experience At least 5 years of project management experience Experience with wood‑framed multi‑family projects 4‑year construction‑related degree Knowledge of building practices, materials and techniques, code requirements, ADA, mechanical systems, permitting processes, market pricing and lien waivers Professional communication, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills Organized and detail‑oriented Proficient with Procore and Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Office) PLEASE INCLUDE DETAILED PROJECT LIST WITH YOUR RESUME.
