Director of Rehab Westport, MA 02790 Up to $100,000 per year Leadership Position | Small Facility We are looking for a strong and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to join a small facility and lead the rehabilitation department. This is a great opportunity for an experienced rehab professional who enjoys leadership, hands‑on involvement, and making a direct impact on patient care. Key Responsibilities Oversee the rehabilitation department and daily operations Lead and support the therapy team Ensure high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services Monitor patient care and stay on top of clinical needs Work closely with therapists and facility leadership Support department organization and performance Promote effective communication and teamwork Help ensure the rehabilitation department operates efficiently Provide hands‑on leadership and support when needed Qualifications & Skills Active license as a PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and management skills Ability to oversee a rehabilitation department Hands‑on approach to leadership Previous rehab leadership or supervisory experience preferred Ability to work closely with therapy staff and facility leadership Why Join This Facility?
