Strategy Director - P&C Insurance

Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership to help lead and influence toward profitable growth Lead internal consulting projects working collaboratively with leadership Develop key relationships with leaders and executives across the organization Create and communicate a clear vision for the organization’s future growth Effectively communicate the organization’s strategy to senior management, employees, and stakeholders Identify and frame strategic opportunities and issues faced by the organization Conduct or oversee industry and competitive research Monitor the progress of the organization’s strategic initiatives and report on results Requirements Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Engineering or Science discipline; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree 8 years of strategy consulting, corporate or business unit strategy or relevant work experience; or an Advanced Degree in Business or STEM and 6 years strategy consulting, corporate or business unit strategy or relevant work experience Strong critical thinking skills and inquisitive mindset Proven track record in project management Proven track record of leveraging experience and analysis to influence business decisions Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Strong quantitative, analytical, and written and oral communication skills Hard Skills strategy consulting project management quantitative analysis analytical skills written communication oral communication Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Excel Soft Skills strategic leadership collaboration relationship building communication critical thinking inquisitive mindset influence Certifications & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Advanced Degree in Business Advanced Degree in STEM #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
