Whether that s serving vulnerable families in the homeless shelters we provide for, or nourishing young minds through the school programs we support, our mission is to ensure that every meal goes out hot, fresh, full portioned, and on time. We are currently scaling operations to manage 1,200+ meals daily across multiple locations. That includes reliable production, dietary accommodations, allergen protocols, USDA compliance, temperature logging, food safety, and consistent execution. Reliability is a form of care. Position Summary The Production & Fulfillment Manager owns the final stages of food readiness and the physical operating condition of the kitchen: reheating and hot plating, delivery coordination, auxiliary items, and cleanliness. This role also co-owns scheduling, SOPs, and audits with the Kitchen Operations Manager. Stewards and porters report directly to this role and this position is a managing partner to the Kitchen Operations Manager. Responsibilities Own reheating and hot plating: ensure food is finished, held, and plated to standard and on time Own delivery: coordinate outgoing orders and ensure accurate, on-time dispatch Own auxiliary items: any items not covered by our typical menu (snack programs, coffee service, grab & go items, etc) fall under your domain Own overall cleaning standards and ensure they are met Own and execute secondary ordering: determine needs, place orders, and manage pick-up/deliveries Contribute to standard operating procedure development and internal audits alongside the Kitchen Operations Manager Lead, train, coach, and hold kitchen staff accountable Maintain a calm, practical, drama-free leadership presence Enforce recipe, portion, sanitation, labeling, dating, storage, and food safety standards Capture operational data at the point of state change, including: cooking/holding temperatures, batch completion, portion counts, waste, and shortages, along with any additional capture points Perform 1 on 1 meetings with direct reports as directed Delivers and documents coaching to direct reports Oversee the company vehicle fleet, including scheduling routine maintenance, tracking registration/inspection deadlines, and ensuring vehicles are kept in safe operating condition Manage other employees who drive company vehicles, including verifying valid licenses and insurability, assigning drivers to routes/shifts, and addressing any driving-related safety or policy violations Serve as the point of accountability for company vehicle use, ensuring drivers follow safety guidelines, report incidents promptly, and use vehicles only for authorized business purposes Lead by being respectful, using direct communication, coaching employees to success, and being open-minded and professional Requirements Valid drivers license and clean driving record Able to cover a variety of shifts including 5am - 1pm & 10am - 6pm Friendly, professional, and reliable Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time Communication via various softwares - using technology is not an option in this role ServSafe (or equivalent) food safety certification required, can be obtained after hire Required to work 5 days per week on-site, including at least one weekend day to maintain manager coverage in 7 day operation - in accordance with partnering manager Compensation and Incentives $60,000-$70,000 per year Company vehicle provided for deliveries Paid Time Off Sick Time Accrual according to Colorado law Paid training and certification Growth opportunities, both before and as the company expands #J-18808-Ljbffr Baba & Co
