High acuity PACU area with 80% of their patients being admitted into the hospital after the procedure/surgery. PACU (Recovery): Unit open 24/7. 38 patient bays. Critical care experience required as some patients require artificial airways, invasive monitoring (including ICP), transfusions, and vasoactive drugs. Surgical patients we recover include: Neurosurgery, ENT, plastics, orthopedics, thoracic, vascular, trauma, general, colorectal, GYN, urological, electrophysiology, interventional radiology, and transplant. Special Equipment : HARDSTOP: 2 years PACU in level 1 trauma required, ICU/critical care required. Please SCREEN if they have level 2 trauma for manager to review.
