SOLUTION ARCHITECT L1

Role Overview Forward Deployment Engineers (FDEs) will work hands‑on with business stakeholders to understand and solve their most immediate and painful technical challenges. The role requires strong technical expertise, empathy for customers, and senior leadership experience. Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects, picking up business needs with minimal guidance.
• Partner with customers, act go‑getter, innovate, and collaborate with wider technical and program teams when necessary.
• Rapidly assess the shortest, highest‑impact problems consuming real time and causing real frustration, then develop solutions at speed.

Scope + Builder Determine how AI applies to the identified pain point, define the solution shape and required data, and then build it, acting as both observer and maker. Qualifications and Experience 8‑10 years of experience leading complex technical initiatives. Strong background in data analysis and AI solution design. Compensation and Benefits Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $173,800, depending on location, skills, and experience.
