Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, although CFYs considered
• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting strongly valued
• Solid understanding of IEP processes, case documentation, and progress tracking
• Excellent interpersonal abilities for collaboration with educators and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with students’ IEP goals
• Document student progress, evaluate needs, and participate actively in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
• Provide consultation and support to staff regarding speech and language development
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to all school policies and regulatory requirements
