Service Receptionist

Galpin Honda is looking for a Service Receptionist! This position has been a great career stepping stone to further advancement opportunities at Galpin.

Our receptionists are able to master the skills to operate in Service, Customer Relations, Administration, Finance, and Sales. We are looking for motivated, creative and enthusiastic individuals who share our core values to join our team. This Receptionist position is Part-time: Nights & weekends. You'd be a part of a winning team at one of the world's most respected Automotive Dealerships. We are looking for a candidate who is ready to hit the ground running and eager to make an immediate impact.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of Reception or Administrative experience
• Bilingual (Spanish), preferred
• Phone Etiquette
• Ability to multitask
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced customer service retail environment
• Able to work Monday - Saturday (one weekday and Sundays off, 40hrs a week)
