Mental Health Counselor Supervisor
Location: Florida
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Job Summary
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for Florida clinical supervisors who can provide reliable support to registered interns and developing mental health professionals. This role is a strong fit for experienced providers who enjoy mentorship and understand the importance of supervision in building ethical, confident clinicians.
The Find a Supervisor feature helps clinicians search for supervisors who fit their licensing needs, professional goals, and preferred areas of focus. By joining Gotham’s platform, Florida supervisors can connect with clinicians who are actively looking for guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision for registered interns and developing clinicians
- Review cases, treatment plans, documentation, and ethical concerns
- Support supervisees with professional growth and clinical confidence
- Follow Florida supervision requirements
- Maintain organized supervision communication and records
Requirements
- Active Florida clinical license in good standing
- Eligible licenses may include LMHC, LMFT, LCSW,, or other approved independent clinical license
- Must meet Florida requirements to provide supervision
- Experience supervising mental health professionals preferred
