Job Details Start Date: ASAP Location: Northern Florida Experience Required: 10 years post-fellowship Clinical Focus: Full-spectrum adult cardiac surgery required; thoracic surgery required. Vascular experience welcomed but not required. Schedule & Call Call: 1 in 3 rotations Call coverage limited to a single hospital Balanced surgical, inpatient, and perioperative responsibilities Partnership Track Eligible for partnership after 3 years Long-term stability with structured progression into ownership role Support & Resources Dedicated full-time Physician Assistant supporting: Clinic operations Inpatient rounding Surgical assist Administrative and clinical workflow Strong hospital and OR support team Streamlined perioperative infrastructure to support high-acuity cardiac care Paid Time Off (PTO) Year 1: 30 days Year 2: 32 days Year 3 and beyond: 35 days PTO caps at 35 days even after partnership Why This Opportunity?
