We are so excited to expand our team. Qualifications Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable & Invoicing Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations, with a particular emphasis on swiftly generating estimates and invoices based on designer selections. Key Responsibilities: Accurately and promptly create estimates and invoices reflecting designer selections and client specifications. Manage the accounts payable process, including verifying, coding, and processing vendor invoices. Maintain organized financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded in a timely manner. Collaborate closely with the design team to understand project requirements and ensure financial documentation aligns with project timelines. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Assist in month-end closing procedures and prepare reports as needed. Qualifications : Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Familiarity with the interior design industry and its financial processes is a plus.
