- Must have at least 7 years of experience
- Rehab Optima experience is preferred
- Contract: 13 weeks
- Start: ASAP
- Extensions common

- Some day shift
- Pay Rate:
- $48.60/hr
- Pay breakdown (taxable / non-taxable) can be discussed
- Must have BLS
- Must have clean background
