Inpatient Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services in our inpatient and home-based settings. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide hands-on interventions to help patients regain independence in activities of daily living. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document progress in the EMR, and contribute to discharge planning.
