What You'll Do
- Provide specialized critical care to acutely ill patients, including trauma, surgical, OB, neuro, and cardiac cases
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes with appropriate interventions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient care activities thoroughly and accurately
- Assist with patient assessments, assessments, and assessments at Q1H or more frequency as needed
What You Need
- Valid Massachusetts RN license
- Minimum 2 years of CCU/ICU experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work nights and adapt to a fast-paced environment
