Administrative Specialist II, Academic Advising and Assistant Center

Duties: Coordinate and schedule registration appointments for advising staff; maintain advising files/records; assist students with course withdrawals and class absence reports; monitor office operations; supervise student workers; respond to walk-in traffic and phone calls; assist director with special programs and events; occasional weekend and evening work is required, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: High school diploma and computer experience required; excellent filing and organizational skills; must have strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills; must be able to work independently and as a team; experience with Outlook, Google and/or Excel required; college degree and experience with mySAU, Document Manager, and J1 are preferred.
