This position plays a key role as the connection between our customers and CDL drivers ensuring loads are dispatched efficiently, problems are solved quickly, and service stays exceptional./ppIf youre highly organized, a strong communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you./ppDispatch daily loads and coordinate with drivers/ppServe as the primary liaison between customers and drivers/ppOrganize and problem-solve to ensure safe, cost-effective, on-time performance/ppSupport company and customer procedures/ppCommunicate effectively to maintain strong customer relationships/ppInspect trucks and trailers as needed/ppAssist the Logistics Manager and act as backup when required/pp3+ years of experience in transportation or logistics/ppKnowledge of DOT regulations/ppHigh school diploma (Bachelors degree preferred)/ppStrong computer skills (Google Suite or MS Office)/ppExperience with dispatch software a plus/ppAvailability to be on-call every other week (24/7)/ppExcellent communication and people skills/ppAttention to detail and decision-making ability/ppFlexibility and responsiveness/ppStrong customer service mindset and empathy/ppAt Double F, we pride ourselves on teamwork, reliability, and excellence in customer service.
