Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients and identify their insurance needs.

• Educate customers on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance solutions.

• Generate quotes, present coverage options, and close new business.

• Follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.

• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and communication.

• Collaborate with agency teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

• Continue developing your sales skills through training and coaching.

Requirements

• Active Texas Property Casualty license (required).

• Bilingual skills (preferred but not required).

• Prior insurance experience (service and/or sales).

• Positive, professional attitude with a strong customer-service mindset.

• Self-starter with a sense of urgency and ability to manage priorities.

• Strong multitasking, follow-through, and follow-up skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
