Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST

The most commonly needed schedules are later-day shifts, and candidates should be comfortable working until approximately 7:00 PM-8:00 PM CST .

What You'll Do

As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you'll work with small business owners seeking commercial insurance solutions.

Most opportunities come from inbound inquiries, allowing you to focus on understanding customer needs and presenting the right solutions.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from business owners seeking insurance coverage
• Build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Conduct needs assessments to identify coverage requirements
• Present and explain policy options
• Review existing coverage and recommend solutions when appropriate
• Guide customers through the application process
• Follow up on requested quotes and customer inquiries
• Partner with underwriting teams to finalize coverage
• Overcome objections and confidently close sales
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience from start to finish

Qualifications

Required

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
• Associate Degree or higher
• Minimum of 2 years of recent call center experience in a single role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Stable employment history
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems efficiently

Preferred

• Commercial insurance experience
• Insurance sales experience
• Consultative sales background
• Experience handling objections and closing sales over the phone
