What You Will Learn & Do:

Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Educate customers on insurance solutions that fit their individual needs.

Generate new business through networking, referrals, and community involvement.

Learn consultative sales strategies and customer service best practices.

Receive one-on-one coaching from experienced industry leaders.

Build knowledge of insurance products, business operations, and leadership principles.

Work toward performance goals while developing the skills needed for long-term career growth.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

License: Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.

Motivation: A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and sales. Strong problem-solving abilities and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Sales: Basic understanding of sales principles or willingness to learn in a hands-on environment.

Customer Service: Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.

Dependability: Reliable transportation and punctual attendance at San Antonio office.

Teamwork: Ability to work independently and take initiative while being part of a collaborative team.
