Medicare Insurance Agent (W2 Employee) We are a growing Medicare-focused insurance agency in San Antonio dedicated to helping seniors and eligible individuals navigate their Medicare options with confidence. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls using company-provided leads and document all activity in our CRM. Meet or exceed monthly production and sales goals set by the agency. Answer inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls to prospects and existing clients. Educate clients on Medicare Advantage (MAPD), Medicare Supplements (Medigap), Part D plans, life insurance and ancillary products. Determine eligibility, compare plan options, and recommend the best solutions based on client needs. Enroll clients by accurately completing applications and confirming plan details. Maintain strong communication and follow-up with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Participate in local marketing events, community outreach, and occasional weekend activities. Collaborate with the team and leadership to continuously improve sales processes. Minimum Qualifications Active Texas Health & Life Insurance License (required). Medicare-specific certification or willingness to obtain immediately (AHIP or equivalent). 1+ years of experience in Medicare, health, or life insurance sales. Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite in San Antonio. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) – a big plus! Experience selling Medicare Advantage, Supplements, and PDP plans. Familiarity with major carriers (UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Blue Cross, Aetna, etc.). Skills & Attributes Goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales. Self-motivated, competitive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close sales. Problem-solver with analytical thinking skills. Trustworthy, ethical, and client-focused. Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume call environment. Hours & Compensation Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (some flexibility available). Full-time (W2 Employee). Base pay $45,000 + uncapped commission (top performers routinely earn $80k-120k+).
