At Active Spine and Joint Institute we are a multidisciplinary Chiropractic, Rehabilitation and Medical team that provides non-surgical treatments to get our patients out of pain and active again! We have been in operation for over 34 years with four offices located in South Jersey area and continuing to expand!

As a full-time Physical Therapist in our onsite Mt Laurel clinic, you'll help patients move better, feel stronger, and get back to the activities they love through evidence-informed physical therapy. You'll make an impact fast in a busy MSK setting where progress is visible and teamwork matters. Key responsibilities include:

• Perform thorough evaluations and create focused plans of care
• Deliver rehab exercise programs tailored to each patient's goals
• Apply manual therapy techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Track outcomes and adjust treatment based on reassessment

Required qualifications/skills:

• PT license (or eligibility) in New Jersey
• Strong assessment skills, clinical reasoning, and clear communication
• Solid foundation in rehab exercise and manual therapy

You'll roll into the Mt Laurel office, get set up, and jump into a full schedule-typically 20-30 visits. The day moves at a fun, steady pace: you're guiding people through physical therapy sessions, keeping rehab flowing smoothly, and staying organized as patients cycle through. Between appointments, you'll take quick notes, check in with the multidisciplinary team, and reset your space so each patient gets your full attention. You'll see a mix of everyday aches and sports-related complaints, and you'll finish the day with the satisfaction of measurable wins-better movement, fewer limitations, and patients leaving more confident than when they arrived.
