About The Role

We're growing our oral surgery capabilities and are looking for an outgoing, relationship-driven professional to lead internal case transitions from our sister offices. This role sits at the intersection of sales, patient advocacy, and care coordination you'll be the friendly, trusted voice that helps parents and patients feel confident with their child's (or their own) oral surgery case, where they'll get the specialized care they need without leaving our family of practices.

This is not a clinical role. We're looking for someone who can build rapport quickly, explain next steps clearly and warmly, and turn a "referral" into a smooth, positive experience.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients/families being referred from sister locations for oral surgery cases (extractions, impactions, sedation cases, etc.) that require treatment
• Proactively reach out to referred patients by phone, text, and email to explain the referral, address concerns, and schedule their Chino appointment
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with front-desk and clinical staff at sister locations to keep the referral pipeline flowing smoothly
• Track every referral from initial handoff through scheduled appointment and follow-up, keeping internal conversion numbers high
• Address common patient hesitations (distance, unfamiliar office, cost/insurance questions) with confidence and empathy, looping in clinical staff when needed
• Report weekly on referral volume, conversion rate, and no-show/cancellation trends
• Represent the oral surgery services positively across the broader practice network

What We're Looking For

• Charisma and people skills you're naturally warm, persuasive, and easy to talk to; you can turn a nervous parent into a confident "yes"
• Bilingual (English/Spanish required) you'll regularly communicate with Spanish-speaking families
• Prior experience in sales, patient coordination, call center, hospitality, or customer-facing roles (dental/medical experience is a plus, not a requirement)
• Strong phone presence and comfort with outbound calling/follow-up
• Highly organized comfortable managing a pipeline of referrals across multiple locations
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working toward conversion/scheduling targets
• Bilingual and multicultural sensitivity a plus given our diverse patient population
