Schedules patient appointments, takes client payment information, filing and other front desk tasks.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Maintains schedules of clinical staff.Entry and verification of client dataCollects copaymentsResponsible for technology support for telehealth appointmentsAnswers multi-line phoneRegistration of clients in the electronic medical recordExcellent Customer Service to promote a service environment for individuals in need of behavioral health and/or co-occurring services that is recovery focusedResearch and verification of insurance benefits and knowledge to apply for alternative payer sourcesPrepare and scan documents to internal HIMCross train and perform duties to cover neighboring locationsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.Qualifications:Education:High school diploma or GED required.
