Automotive Service Advisor

Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience from check-in through vehicle pickup Clearly explain inspection findings and repair recommendations in a transparent, pressure-free manner Prepare estimates, obtain customer approvals, and keep customers informed throughout the repair process Coordinate with technicians to prioritize work, answer questions, and ensure timely vehicle delivery Schedule appointments and effectively manage workflow to maximize shop efficiency Build long-term customer relationships through honest communication and follow-up Assist with administrative tasks, invoicing, and maintaining accurate customer records Qualifications: Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor / Writer, or in a customer-facing automotive role required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to explain technical information in a way customers can easily understand Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mentality Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Why Join Us?
