Urban Grind Roofing is a locally owned, Award-winning roofing company built on one mentality: The Grind. We outwork, out-care, and out-serve everyone else — and we're looking for a few driven people to do it with us.
You don't need roofing experience. We'll train you from day one. What we can't train is hunger. If you were an athlete, came up in restaurants or hospitality, earned a degree by grinding, or have ever pushed through something hard to win — you already have what matters.
What you'll do
- Meet homeowners, inspect roofs, and guide them honestly through their options
- Get full training and mentorship from day one
- Build your own income with no cap — your effort sets the ceiling
What we're looking for
- Hungry, self-motivated, and self-disciplined — you don't need to be chased
- Coachable and competitive — you want to be great, not just okay
- Honest. We do what we say. No shortcuts, no upsells that don't serve the homeowner.
