Job Summary

This position is responsible for executing Learning and Development (L&D) programs and enabling learning at scale across the organization. This role focuses on complementary areas of work depending on organizational need such as program delivery, train-the-trainer facilitation, enablement and reinforcement, select program design, learning management system (LMS) administration and compliance tracking.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

1. Facilitate training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions for diverse audiences across the organization. Contribute select program design within established L&D standards.

2. Coordinate train-the-trainer programs and support manager enablement by equipping field trainers, regional leaders and managers with the tools and resources to reinforce learning locally.

3. Coordinate post-training reinforcement activities and distribute learner-facing communications related to training launches, compliance deadlines, and completion status.

4. Administer the LMS including course assignments, enrollment, completion tracking, and content management.

5. Administer learning evaluations, compile results, and contribute to L&D reporting.

6. Other related duties as assigned by manager or designee.

Job Requirements And Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, education, human resources or health care field, equivalent professional experience in a relevant industry may also be considered.

Experience:

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience developing and delivering training for a range of audiences and using a variety of methods and modalities required.

• Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training in a corporate or health care environment required

• Working knowledge of LMS platforms and basic administration required.

• Experience in regulated, healthcare, or geographically distributed organizations preferred.

• Experience supporting train-the-trainer or manager enablement programs preferred.

• Familiarity with instructional design principles and e-learning authoring tools preferred.

• Experience using data and reporting to evaluate training effectiveness preferred.

• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and CPR+ software system or similar system preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels from frontline staff to leadership.

• Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple training cycles and administrative tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently and in close coordination with team members.

• High degree of professionalism, adaptability, and confidentiality.
