Support Associate

About the Role This role is a Retail Associate at Tory Burch. The position involves greeting customers, handling transactions, running the store, answering phones, stocking, packing/unpacking shipments, and supporting overall store operations in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide exceptional service. Operate the cash register and process sales. Run, handle customer transactions, and answer phones. Pack and unpack shipments, and organize the stockroom to support product flow. Execute operational policies and procedures. Assist with merchandising and visual displays. Support the team in maintaining a welcoming environment. Essential Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment. Ability to lift at least 40lbs and perform physical tasks such as push, pull, climb ladders, carry, squat, kneel, twist, turn, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods. Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts. Occasional overnight travel may be required. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
