Role Description

Join Naveera Technology LLC as a Lead GCP Data Engineer and play a pivotal role in delivering enterprise-scale AWS-to-GCP cloud transformation programs. Lead the modernization of data platforms, ETL pipelines, and analytics ecosystems while driving innovation across cloud-native data engineering, Data Lakehouse architectures, and next-generation Business Intelligence solutions.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in relevant fields.
Strong hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including BigQuery, AlloyDB, Dataplex, Vertex AI, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, IAM, VPC, Networking, and Cloud Security.
Expertise in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud architectures.
Experience in solution architecture, technical design documentation, architecture reviews (ARB), technical debt assessment, cost optimization, and performance tuning.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), deployment automation, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
Proven ability to collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, DevOps teams, Engineering teams, PMO, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise cloud solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience presenting architecture options, technical recommendations, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessments to leadership and technical teams.
