In this role, you will be a vital anchor for our healthcare team, assessing and monitoring all aspects of medical and psychiatric care.
This role offers immense professional autonomy and a flexible schedule.
You will collaborate with community healthcare providers, nutrition services, and behavior specialists to deliver high-quality, holistic care.
You will oversee and coordinate all healthcare appointments, ensuring thorough and timely follow-ups.
Your responsibility includes training, empowering, and delegating medication administration and nursing tasks to the Direct Support Team in accordance with state licensing and organizational policies.
You will maintain, review, and audit medical records to monitor health concerns and document nursing task delegation.
Primary hours generally fall on weekdays with some on-call responsibilities, primarily via phone.
You will be backed by a strong support network, including a team of supervisors and specialists.
