Oracle EBS Functional Consultant

Ability to write complex code using Oracle and Unix tools to meet client's requirements in various business areas such as General Accounting and Reporting, Acquisitions and Payments, Billing and Collections, etc. Solid understanding of Oracle EBS database/table structures and the integration and impacts between modules. Knowledge of how AR, AP, GL, Lockbox, posting cash applications in EBS. Must have experience working directly with end users and upper management. Solid understanding of Oracle EBS financial modules and the integration between modules. Experience in working with Oracle support. Ability to use Microsoft tools like Excel in analyzing the data, prepare presentations using Power Point and prepare process flows using Visio. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Skills to coordinate with Remote IT Team, prioritize the task to deliver the need. Ability to write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from EBS tables.

Job Responsibilities to be filled Techno Functional Support to the existing EBS R12 landscape. Work independently to understand business requirements and rules. Lead working groups to gather requirements and conduct demos of to-be processes. Be a team player and strive for the success of the team and the client. Ability to design and document solutions for complex problems. Work independently to understand business requirements and can translate them to technical requirements. Must have experience or understand the month end and year end activities in a Global environment. Participation in projects and efforts, coordinating with other functional, technical and non-technical team members. Support the team during migration and conversion efforts. Conduct research and analysis to meet the client's missions and objectives including understanding of federal regulations. Perform data migration and conversion efforts. Customer Success & Customer Satisfaction Indexes are critical responsibility of this role.
