As a Press Operator, you'll play a key role on the production floorsetting up molds, operating injection presses, monitoring part quality, and keeping production running smoothly. Press Operator (3rd Shift) Duties:

• Operate plastic or rubber injection molding presses while monitoring machine cycles to ensure parts are produced safely, efficiently, and within quality standards.
• Remove finished parts from molds, trim excess material, and perform basic finishing or assembly as required.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of molded parts to identify defects such as short shots, flash, bubbles, or surface imperfections.
• Maintain accurate production records including part counts, scrap tracking, and quality documentation according to company procedures.
• Perform basic machine support tasks including cleaning molds, applying release agents, and ensuring proper material flow during production runs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and production procedures in a manufacturing environment.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity where you can start with Verstela Staffing and be hired on permanently with long-term growth potential and a team that values reliability, craftsmanship, and advancement.

Schedule: Sunday -Thursday Pay: $22.00 per hour

Press Operator (3rd Shift) Requirements:

• At least six months of hands-on mechanical or troubleshooting experience in a production/manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and follow setup instructions, schematics, or blueprints
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with operators and supervisors
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk on concrete floors for 8+ hours
