Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction
- Develop and mentor a dynamic team to achieve performance goals
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite with flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Passion for creating a loving and enthusiastic workplace culture
- Must have a proven track record of leadership excellence managing: Safety and Quality; Labor; Food Cost; Inventory, Special Events and Promotions; Maintenance and Repairs, as well as other areas.
