NOW HIRING PLUMBERS

A job you're proud of. A team you actually like.

45 years. One family. A culture that people don't leave. Come see what everyone's talking about.

At John the Plumber, we figured something out a long time ago: when people love where they work, customers feel it. That's why we've been the go-to plumbing name in South Florida for over four decades — and why our technicians stick around.

We're growing, and we're looking for one more person who wants to be part of something genuinely great. Not a number. Not a temporary hire. A real member of the family.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

You'll head out in your company van, fully stocked with everything you need. Your day is yours to manage. You'll handle residential plumbing — fixtures, water heaters, sewer and drain, and everything in between — and you'll walk away from each call knowing you made a real difference for a real family in your community.

WHAT WE TAKE CARE OF

• - $100,000–$200,000+ per year
• - Take-home van
• - All tools provided
• - Health & dental (after 90 days)
• - Paid vacation + holidays + sick (after 90 days)
• - 401k match — immediately vested (after 6 months)
• - Paid training
• - Referral program

WHO YOU ARE

You've got at least 1–2 years in the trade and you genuinely enjoy helping people. You're patient, clear-headed under pressure, and you take pride in your work. You like being part of a team where everyone has your back.

WHY PEOPLE STAY

Our team members don't leave because they're taken care of — financially, professionally, and personally. When you join John the Plumber, you're joining a group of people who want you to win.

Requirements: Valid driver's license, 1+ year plumbing experience, English proficiency.
