Front Desk Security Counselor

Summary Beacon of Hope (BOH), a Division of Catholic Charities Community Services (CCCS), is seeking a Front Desk Security Counselor on a 12 AM – 8 AM shift to work in a 24-hour congregate permanent housing setting in the Bronx. Location 3069 Villa Avenue, Bronx, NY 10468 Responsibilities Front Desk Security Counselors provide support services to clients living with Serious Mental Illness and in various stages of recovery. Duties include reception, security, crisis intervention, and documenting events occurring in the building. Perform work in accordance with Office of Mental Health regulations for Licensed Housing as well as CCCS and BOH Policies and Procedures. Salary Salary is $20.50 an hour to $22.00 an hour ($42,640 - $45,760 annually). Salary is commensurate with educational attainment.
