About Us

We are a small, family-owned business in Hackensack, NJ seeking a Scheduling Coordinator / Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary 4-month assignment. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming, team-oriented work environment.

Position Overview

The Scheduling Coordinator will play a key role in managing customer communications, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth daily scheduling operations. This position requires someone who is comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• 
  Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
  
  



• 
  Schedule, confirm, and update appointments accurately and efficiently
  
  



• 
  Communicate scheduling changes and appointment details to customers
  
  



• 
  Maintain accurate records and customer information
  
  



• 
  Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  
  



• 
  Coordinate schedules with internal staff and customers
  
  



• 
  Follow up on appointments and service requests as needed
  
  



• 
  Perform general administrative and data entry duties
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  
  
  Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume phone, customer service, call center, or scheduling role
  
  
  
  



• 
  Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
  



• 
  Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  
  



• 
  Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities

  Strong attention to detail
  
  



• 
  Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
