We are currently seeking a Delivery Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Support & Maintenance Engineer with expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, primarily Power Apps, to provide production support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of Power Apps solutions while supporting integrations with Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and other enterprise systems.

The role requires working from the designated ODCs in Noida, Bangalore, or Hyderabad and adhering to the assigned 24x7 shift roster including weekend support.

Key Responsibilities
Application Support & Incident Management
Provide L2/L3 support for Power Apps applications in production environments.
Monitor application health, performance, and availability.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within established SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues.
Support application deployments, releases, and post-release validation activities.
Participate in major incident calls and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
Power Apps Support
Support and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
Troubleshoot application functionality, user access, data connectivity, and performance issues.
Manage environment configurations and application lifecycle activities.
Support application enhancements, bug fixes, and minor development requests.
Ensure data integrity and application security are maintained.
Power Platform Administration
Manage Power Platform environments, solutions, and deployments.
Support Power Platform governance policies and standards.
Monitor platform usage, licensing, and capacity management.
Assist with environment migrations and upgrades.
Maintain solution backups and disaster recovery readiness.
Integration & Workflow Support
Support Power Automate flows integrated with business applications.
Troubleshoot failures in workflows, connectors, APIs, and integrations.
Support integrations with:

REST APIs
Maintenance & Continuous Improvement
Perform routine application maintenance activities.
Implement performance optimizations and process improvements.
Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.
Maintain knowledge articles, support documentation, and SOPs.
Participate in platform modernization and enhancement initiatives.
ITSM & Compliance
Work within ITIL-based Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance requirements.
Maintain accurate ticket and documentation updates.
Participate in on-call support and rotational shifts as required.

Required Experience
4 to 10+ years of overall IT experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Power Apps solutions.
Experience in production support and application maintenance environments.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Experience supporting enterprise business applications.
Experience working in ITIL-based support organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Power Platform certifications:
PL-100: Power Platform App Maker
PL-200: Power Platform Functional Consultant
PL-400: Power Platform Developer
PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals
Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations.
Experience with Azure services and cloud-based architectures.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform.
Experience with governance and Center of Excellence (CoE) practices.
Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced support environment.
