Recovery Case Manager — Full-Time Impact & Growth

Gaudenzia,-Inc.

Gaudenzia is seeking a Case Manager for the RAP Program in Washington, DC. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a clinical discipline and multiple years of case management experience across levels I–III. You will manage a caseload, complete timely notes, coordinate with services, and assist clients in accessing benefits and resources.
