Wood Personnel Services is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates for multiple warehouse and distribution facilities in Nashville, TN and the surrounding area. Warehouse Associate Shift and Compensation:

• Up to $20 per hour
• 1st, 2nd, 3rd and weekend shifts
• Shift and pay may vary depending on the client assignment

Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Receiving and stocking inventory
• Preparing shipments for delivery
• Operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Maintaining accurate inventory counts
• Keeping work areas clean and organized
• Following all company safety procedures
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Specific duties may vary depending on the client assignment.

Warehouse Associate Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not always required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic communication and teamwork skills
• Preferred Experience: Experience in any of the following is helpful:
• Order Picking
• Packing
• Shipping & Receiving
• Inventory
• RF Scanner
• Distribution Center
• Warehouse Operations
• Material Handling
• General Labor
• Forklift (if certified)
