Responsibilities

Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters
Provide detailed information about properties, including features, amenities, and neighborhood insights
Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and real estate agents
Assist in preparing properties for showings, ensuring they are clean and presentable
Collect feedback from clients after showings and communicate it to the listing agents
Maintain accurate records of showings and client interactions
Support the Cary Team Realty agents with administrative tasks as needed during the showing process

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or related fields is a plus
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong knowledge of local real estate market and property types in Lafayette, USA
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficient in using smartphones, GPS, and real estate showing software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or sales preferred
Professional appearance and demeanor
Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
Ability to handle multiple showings and manage time efficiently
