Analyze technical schematics and blueprints to accurately identify project welding specifications. Verify the integrity of all welds by conducting thorough inspections to guarantee compliance with safety regulations. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping your station tidy and following all safety guidelines. Work alongside supervisors and colleagues to ensure all assignments are finished punctually and cost‑effectively. Support the team by diagnosing issues and performing necessary repairs on piping systems. Keep current with the latest developments and innovations in the welding field. Requirements Completion of high school or a GED; vocational schooling is considered an asset. Demonstrated history of success in pipe welding, supported by a solid record of past work. Possession of welding credentials such as AWS or ASME is highly desirable. Comprehensive knowledge of various welding materials, methods, and safety procedures. Proficiency in interpreting complex technical drawings and blueprints. Strong analytical capabilities and a meticulous eye for detail. Capacity to function effectively both autonomously and within a group setting. Physical capability to handle the demands of welding across diverse work conditions.
