Group Sales/Office Administrator

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic Group Sales & Office Administrator to be the driving force behind our group bookings and event experiences. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a fun, dynamic team.

What you will do:
  • Coordinate and manage group bookings from inquiry to completion
  • Communicate with guests to plan and customize their event experience
  • Process reservations, payments, and event details accurately
  • Serve as the main point of contact for group clients
  • Assist with on-site event execution to ensure smooth and memorable experiences
  • Collaborate with park staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain organized records and assist with general office tasks
Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
  • Basic computer and administrative skills
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required
