WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Provide inbound customer support.
• Help customers resolve technical issues.
• Assist in correcting billing concerns.
• Ensure the appropriateness of social media content.
• Deliver expert customer experienceswith a smile.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of customer service experience required Preferred experience with financial support including knowledge of different card types (prepaid, debit & credit) Demonstrate experience & ability to uncover the right solution by asking probing questions Demonstrate experience & ability to utilize resources and/or articles to provide correct information
• This position supports work performed under a U.S. government contract that requires employees in this role be U.S. citizens or U.S. lawful permanent residents. Employment will be contingent upon meeting this requirement.
