Luxor Staffing is hiring an HR Coordinator (Bilingual) paying up to $24 per hour with 1st shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

Shift:

• Mon- Fri 10AM-6PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support employees in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring daily operational goals are met.
• Coordinate staffing, employee assignments, onboarding, and training to meet workforce and business needs.
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, performance, and workplace conduct while addressing concerns as needed.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation, personnel records, attendance reports, staffing trackers, and employee performance records.
• Communicate with employees and management to resolve workplace concerns, provide employee support, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of Team Lead experience, preferably in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
• Experience supporting HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, attendance management, and staffing coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to address employee concerns and collaborate effectively with management.
• Proficiency in maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, managing spreadsheets, and organizing personnel documentation.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
