Maintenance Coordinator – Keep Fleet Operations Moving for Global Transloading, LLC Job Overview Company: Global Transloading, LLC Salary/Pay Rate: $33 to $38 per hour plus Performance-Based Bonus Location: Signal Hill, CA Job/Employment Type: Full Time Project Scope: Civil & Heavy Construction Fleet Maintenance (Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Government/Federal, Union) Mandatory Licences & Certifications: None Required The Opportunity You will serve as the central operational link keeping a specialized heavy construction fleet operating at peak efficiency. This role empowers you to solve real-time logistical challenges, direct shop mechanics, and keep vital field operations running smoothly without delay. You will work with the full backing of modern tracking software, robust vendor networks, and leadership that invests directly in your success. How You Will Make An Impact Organize daily fleet maintenance workflows and track work orders using Google software systems. Direct shop mechanics on daily repair priorities to ensure equipment uptime and field readiness. Coordinate rapid responses to fleet issues by leveraging established vendor and supplier networks. Monitor service schedules and preventative maintenance routines across specialized heavy construction equipment. Communicate operational updates clearly between administrative staff, mechanics, and field leaders. Maintain complete and accurate maintenance records to optimize fleet utilization and control repair costs. Required Qualifications & Experience 5 or more years of related fleet or maintenance coordination experience. Strong organizational capabilities with demonstrated experience using Google software suites. Proven leadership abilities to direct, guide, and collaborate effectively with fleet mechanics. Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a proactive approach to real-time problem-solving. Experience working within civil, heavy construction, or industrial equipment environments. Experience with parts ordering with heavy equipment Basic mechanical knowledge - Heavy Duty Diesel (semi-trucks) Compensation & Benefits Weekly pay cycle with competitive hourly rates ranging from $33 to $38 per hour.
