Traveling Nuclear Medicine Tech

Nuclear Medicine Technologist Opportunity

Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled nuclear medicine technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team where you'll be responsible for preparing and administering radioactive drugs and operate radiation detection and imaging equipment.

Minimum Requirements

• An associate or bachelor's degree in nuclear medicine technology
• State license and certification to practice nuclear medicine
• BLS certification
• 2 years' experience as a nuclear med tech
• Must hold both Nuclear Medicine and CT credentials
• NJ license accepted as pending at submission
• NMT credential: ARRT(N) or CNMT
• CT credential: ARRT(CT), NMTCB(CT), or R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT)
• OR R.T.(N)(CT)(ARRT), which satisfies both the Nuclear Medicine and CT requirements
• Nuclear cardiology experience required
• Experience with lung scan perfusion and ventilation/perfusion
• Experience with myocardial exercise/rest multiple, exercise/rest single, and pharmacological stress studies
• Experience with bone scan 3 phase, limited, whole body, and renal flow captopril
• Experience with gastric emptying, I-123 uptake scan, uptake scan, and liver imaging
• Experience with SPEC

Assignment Details

• 4x10-hour shifts
• 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
