Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Arlington Heights, IL. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong clinical skills and experience in emergency care.ScheduleOrientation Schedule:Wednesday: 9:00 PM - 3:00 AM (Epic Test Out)Thursday: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Education) followed by orientation on the floorContract Length: 8-12 weeks, with approval to run through the end of the year.Full-time position with 12-hour night shifts.Rotating weekends and some holiday commitments are required.ResponsibilitiesThe Emergency Room Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in critical situations. Key responsibilities include:Assessing patient conditions and needs, and providing appropriate interventions.Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.Monitoring and documenting patient progress and response to treatments.Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.QualificationsRequired:Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Room nursing.Current Illinois RN license.CPR, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC or TNS certifications.Experience with Epic electronic medical records system.Preferred:4 or more years of experience in Emergency Room nursing.Please note that new graduates will not be considered for this position.Client Details Address 800 Central Rd, Arlington Heights, IL City Arlington Heights State IL Zip Code 60005
