We've combined decades of custom bootfitting expertise with cutting-edge technology, allowing skiers to scan their feet from anywhere and receive a personalized boot fit. Using CAD software and our 7-axis robotic milling system, we create precision foam foot replicas that allow custom boot work to be completed remotely.About the PositionBoot Solutions is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Support Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. This role combines customer service, administrative support, and production coordination to ensure every customer receives timely, knowledgeable assistance throughout their Boot Solutions experience. You'll answer phone calls, respond to customer messages, coordinate production workflow, organize incoming orders, and help keep daily office operations running smoothly.You'll work closely with multiple departments to ensure orders move efficiently from customer inquiry through production and fulfillment. Daily responsibilities include managing customer communication, tracking orders, scheduling workflow, maintaining accurate customer records, assisting with office administration, and providing general operational support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience.QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service experienceProfessional and confident communicatorHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailComfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environmentAbility to learn bootfitting concepts and product knowledgeAdministrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferredExperience with order management, scheduling, CRM software, or customer databases is a plusSki industry or bootfitting experience preferred, but not requiredStartup mindset with the flexibility to adapt as processes evolve
